Co-founding Director of Haryoka. He is responsible for non-PFAS chemistry and innovation Strategies in company’s sustainability and Growth Targets. He also serves as Business and Commercialization leader Builds research capabilities. Rajagopal joined Haryoka from 3M where he was Senior Business and Application Developer. He also has more than 10 Years of experience in Product Development  and Commercialization for various product platforms.  Rajagopal has a Ph.D in Organic synthetic methodologies from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India and Masters and Bachelor’s from Bombay University Department of chemical Technology/Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.  He was also a post-doctoral fellow at Chemistry Division, Clemson University, SC, USA where he worked on Fluorochemicals And Battery Electrolytes under US-DOE’s ICAR program.​

Co-founding Director and Senior Scientist at Haryoka and responsible for leading inventions in advanced and sustainable polymeric materials and innovation strategies.  Before joining Haryoka, he was Senior Scientist at A*STAR Research entities (ISCE2), Singapore. During his 15 years tenure from 2009-2023 at A*STAR (ISCE2 and ICES), he lead several projects in the areas of organic synthesis, polymer chemistry and applications and medicinal chemistry. He is co-inventor of 3 preclinical development candidates and one of which is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials. He is co-author of 23 peer-reviewed publications and has filed 4 patent applications. Lohitha has a Ph.D. in Organic synthesis from IICT (Indian Institute of Chemical Technology), Hyderabad, India. ​

Innovation Advisor and co-founder at Haryoka, specializes in chemical synthesis, sustainable polymers, and encapsulation. Praveen holds a Ph. D. in organic chemistry (National Chemical Laboratory, India) and has done postdoctoral research in hybrid materials (University of Nantes, France) and radical polymers and gels (University of California, Santa Cruz, USA). With over 18 years of experience at A*STAR Singapore, he has contributed to numerous innovations, leading to successful technology translations and multiple spin-offs from his research. Praveen is currently a researcher at the Chemical Engineering and Chemistry department at Eindhoven University of Technology, aiming to pioneer sustainable solutions through CKAs and related chemistry.​
